ABOUT
All Zana Bayne Leather pieces are 100% hand crafted, and created based on the measurements given in the order. As leather color, texture, and thickness varies from hide to hide, there may be subtle differences between the product's photo and the piece you receive.
CUSTOMIZATION
Although we would love to be able to make all of your leather dreams come true, unfortunately we are unable to produce custom requests at this time.
PRICING
We are always striving to keep our prices as fair as possible, however due to new improved production techniques & a growing team of leatherboys and leathergirls we have had to adjust the pricing of several harnesses. When the shop first opened, we were selling the collection at close to wholesale cost, but now that we have grown to accommodate retail clietns we are no longer able operate the webshop as a wholesale store. We are endlessly appreciative of all of our customers, both old & new, and will always make sure that there will be something that everyone can buy here.

ORDER FILLING TIME
YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED 2-3 WEEKS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE
Each piece ordered is custom made to the size specifications, meaning every piece is one of a kind. Please take that into consideration.
USA
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders are shipped via priority mail international. Shipping rates are $30-35 (USD) flat rate to Canada/Mexico, and $40-48 (USD) to all other countries depending on the item(s) ordered. All international packages are sent via USPS Express Mail to guarantee timely delivery. We cannot estimate or cover taxes or duties on international shipments. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds on shipping costs.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances: 1. The piece does not fit 2. The piece has arrived damaged. Please email orders@zanabayne.com for any questions or concerns regarding your order.
Zana Bayne Leather will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
SITE SECURITY
Any personal information given to shop.zanabayne.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, all transactions are processed through PayPal which uses the latest anti-fraud technology. Zana Bayne Leather does not have direct access to or store your credit card information at any time.
